About Us

 

Blacklick Studio was born out of a desire to make products for those with chemical sensitivities. It began with four basic soaps: Castille (olive oil), a soap formulated for those with oily skin, a soap formulated for those with dry skin, and goat's milk soap, well, because everyone deserves to be pampered.

From there, other products were created. Lotion bars became an integral addition to the product line as the beeswax produced from the on-site apiary began to accumulate. Due to their popularity, they can be found scented with either essential or fragrance oils, based upon personal preference.

 

Being a studio and not a factory, other areas of creativity are being explored. Soaps and skin pampering products are, after all, not the only items that help one feel beautiful! And so it began . . .
